Great service!

I bought a car from Roger Hotchkiss in February 2020. A couple of weeks later, while I was driving, I heard a rattling noise which became louder and louder. I returned to my place of work to park the car as I didn't want to risk the long drive home. I was about to phone the AA when I thought I would give Roger Hotchkiss Garage a ring to see what they would say. To my great relief, I was told immediately that they would pick it up and fix it first thing in the morning free of charge. The car was collected, fixed and returned to me within 2 days as promised and I have not had a problem with it since. FYI - it was just a loose bolt (probably knocked loose by one of the many speed-bumps in the area).
