Excellent customer service

Bought a second hand car today from Arnold Clark Perth. Had travelled considerable distance last week to view. Had a think about it overnight and collected the car today. Having had a bad experience at another car showroom, had my faith restored with excellent customer service. Car was ready waiting for a test drive on Friday and all paperwork ready and waiting for me when I collected it today. Very impressed, the salesman Craig Sutherland, as nothing was too much trouble and anything asked for answered promptly and knowledgably. Would definitely recommend Arnold Clark Perth and Craig to all family and friends, for prompt and attentive service.
