Terrible after sales service

Bought an Audi s3 saloon in January 2020, sales person was brilliant , really friendly! The problems started a few days after owning the car, only to find out that the gearbox drain plug was not tightened and was leaking gearbox oil, whilst car was in my local garage being repaired they found a bolt on the scuttle panel which turned out to be from one of the injectors, this injector wasn’t being held in by any means! Few months down the line and the car has a coolant leak!! Spoke to Audi Worcester on numerous occasions only to be told “everyone is busy, we’ll get back to you” on the last phone call was told the same thing and to contact Audi UK!
