Dreadful Service

Wow... have never ever experienced customer service like it. The way Christian spoke to me was like dirt on the bottom of his shoe. We went to look at DS3 for my daughter, my daughter has saved hard for this car and really wanted to purchase it, when asked for a deal his response was short and sweet ‘price is the price, take it or leave it!’ And walked off into his office not to be seen again. Safe to say we left promptly... I think he needs to learn the skills of negotiation. Absolute amateur.
