Excellent sales but shockingly bad after

I will never buy from this garage again. Brought my sons car from here. Took it to a tyre garage after a month to fix a slow puncture and they found a fault on the suspension i told them not to touch it as it was still under warranty. I took the car back to Acre Lane as it was under warranty with them. They looked at the car and i was told that they couldn't find a fault with it. I was not happy with what i was told by them as this was my sons life in the car so i took it to an independent garage and asked them to inspect the suspension and report. They ended up replacing 2 top mounts 2 springs and a suspension leg. I took the faulty parts to ACRE lane who refused to look at them or admit that there was anything wrong with them. I asked for a contribution to the the repair as i had given them the chance to rectify the issue under there warranty first... Over all i would never recommend this garage to anyone.
