Appalling after sales

purchased a used car from them, then on the way home from picking it up the seal around the windscreen started coming out on the motorway I tried to put it back in but as soon as I drove over 55mph it came out again. So I rang them when I got home and I was told they would get the service dept to contact me, well 4 days later no contact so I rang them, to be told I would need to bring it back, I live 70 miles away and have two small children so I asked could I not go to a closer Nissan garage or have a windscreen guy come out to me and was told NO! They said they would get back to me but again over a week later still no contact from them, so I rang again and was told the sales guy would contact me, so again I waited another 24 hrs and rang again to be told he was going to ring me but still hasn't (over 2 weeks after I reported the issue). I'm really shocked at the Poor service or lack of that I have received . I wont be using again and would not recommend!
