Terrible service

Terrible experience with inept staff. I sold my car through the team and the process was very overdrawn due to the ineptitude of the staff. They had filled the paperwork in incorrectly, so I had to chase them everyday for when my payment was coming through. No sincere apology from the member of staff who caused the issue and I was just an inconvenience to them. Sold the car on Tuesday, was promised the payment on Wednesday but it didn’t come through until the next Monday. Absolutely shocking! I would not recommend at all!
