Slow after-sale, dirty car, rude sales

Once they've felt that you are 'hooked', their smile was wipe from their face with passive aggressive to hurry the deal. They did not bother with going through the details of the £500+ warranty during the contracting process. Even after a month after the purchase of the car, the contract of the warranty was not passed to the customer. I felt scammed by A Car 2 Go for buying the warranty that doesn't exist. When I tried reaching them, there were no responses and no sign of doing their part of following up with admin work. Just reminded me that the V5 wasn't even processed.
