Great at selling ,thats where it ends

Very professional at selling ,unfortunately thats where the good service ends, Purchased a new yamah ys125 from bransons yeovil, Had a small problem with what they call ghost gears, Emailed bransons concerning this matter, No reply whatever, Thankfully my local bike repair shop informed me, These bike dont like gear changes while stopped at lights, Still doesn't alter the fact That ive had no reply or help from Bransons. 14 months later while the bike is still under yamaha warrenty. Ive had a yellow warning light come up on the display panel. I have emailed both Bransons customer services and service department regarding this issue ,and again not had any reply from either ,thus making the warranty worthless,as they Will not reply to my contact to sort the problem out, If you are considering buying a new or second had bike from BRANSONS YEOVIL ,may well be on your own should you have a problem with you purchase,under warranty or not I personally would not shop at BRANSONS OF YEOVIL again Due to the atrocious custom support\care you will not get when you have a problem.
