Excellent car buying experience!

I visited Grange Brentwood on 30 July 2020 to test drive a Jaguar XE. I was looked after by Jack Baird who was pleasant and competent throughout. The dealership had taken considerable trouble to manage Covid-19 risks and I went on the test drive alone. I bought the car and was able to drive it away there and then with the whole process taking around 90 minutes. That timing would have been halved had I not taken the test drive. This was a pleasant and successful experience - Jack is clearly an experienced sales executive and was able to deal with a mid-sixties male with empathy and humour! If you want to buy a Jag, I can recommend Jack at Grange!
