unimpressed with after sales service

Purchased a car from this dealer in June had a few issues which was like getting blood out of a stone to deal with ... also due to their lack of competency I was done out of a months tax refund on the vehicle I part ex'd and they were not willing to refund it to me though they were at fault and tried to fob me off with excuses. Also discovered 2 cuts in the tyre wall which were hidden by tyre dressing
