During the recent pandemic my company had made announcements that there could be job loses, because of the uncertainty I didn't want to enter into a 4 year agreemen, I explained this to the Warrington team but I was met with a very angry person who had told me my finance on my existing car had been paid off and a new set up , to my shock. I was told signing the online document was in principle to secure the car so it could get a few scratches done, that never happened. I returned in pouring rain to veiw the car which was covered down one side with t cut or wax of some kind. I ah e asked for my refund but the angry manager told me that there would be a £100 admin charge , ok but I'm owed £150 which they have refused to return. Disgraceful attitude, angry manager , these people are put under to much pressure to hit targets by the end of the month , I have followed up my complaint through my credit card company. Stay well away from this place.
