Lousy service

I have been a customer at Halesowen Audi for about 15 years , and over time have watched the service decline to a point where it is now ridiculous. 1 had to wait a month for appointment 2 they can’t make booking from the sevice dept ,I had to come home phone them back to book a date. Ridiculous. 3 constantly take ages to answer the phone, 10 minutes is about the norm. 4 Having made a booking with confirmation email, I turn up ,they know nothing about it or have the part. What a joke. 5 not much of an apology from the staff, just blamed Covid!, I feel I am wasting my time They used to be great but it’s a real Mickey Mouse outfit at the moment. And really need to get their act together, or don’t the care. This is certainly no way to treat customers.
