Dealer lies and doesn't return calls

Bought a great car in good condition. The dealership kept promising that it was ready and cancelling at the last moment. They said they would detail the car but after it rained the first time all of the scratches reappeared. They said that they would call to arrange a time for the buffers to come out and fix the scratches and have not. They didn't have the original key with the remote control for the car and said that they would send us a new one. They haven't sent it to us and probably haven't ordered and they no longer return our calls. Do not pay for a car from them until they have done everything that they promised as they lie.
