Not helpful at all

Called in to look for a car. Told them what I was looking for. The chap pointed at 2 cars that were above my price range but no attempt was made to accompany me, make me feel even vaguely welcome or to tell me any information about them, apart from basic registration date and mileage. They were busy moving cars around the yard and I left feeling like l I was a nuisance.
