Disgasting

I had two wait two months for my car to be serviced. When the time has come they took my car and brought it back with a scratch on the passanger site. When I told them about the scratch they refuse to take the blame saying that the scratch was there. I asked them to proof with evidences but they were not able to do that. I was also asked to pay an extra £89 for the break fluid even if I told them that I have a TLC package already payed for. Found out that they also charged me twice for the TLC. My car was brought back unwashed. This is the worst experience I had since I bought my first mini in 2015. All other mini centers did a great job except the last one, Mini Celmsford.
