Amazing customer service!

I recently bought a beautiful Mercedes E350 cabriolet from here and have to say the service was impeccable from start to finish. I wanted to particularly commend Patrick Sayce who helped me with my purchase. Patrick was incredibly polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful and really made for a great customer experience. He’s a consummate professional, a real gent and a credit to Mercedes-Benz. I’ll definitely come back to Mercedes-Benz Cheltenham & Gloucester for my next car and will recommend this branch to everyone I know. Just phenomenal! 10/10!
