Jamie and Jay sold me a car in March this year with 6months warranty. I contacted him regarding the warranty as was having issues with my car. I finally got hold of him after many attempts off calling and texting! His reply was he's gone bankcrupt. So I drove up to rivelin motor company to find he had packed up and gone. I then contacted him again and he was just ignoring my calls. I finally got £350 off him which didn't even cover anywhere near the cost of the repair. The garage then told me this car should have never been sold with the issues it had.. The car needed a full engine rebuild and more, I contacted Jamie again to tell him what the garage had told me and I requested a full refund. Which he denied to do.. I now found out he owns focus vehicle solutions And just to add I never received the logbook in the 4months I owned the car Don't buy from these people... Read all the reviews from rivelin motor company, I'm not the first and won't be the last they'll sell a dodgy car too
