Poor Service

Bought a BMW 535 in August 2019. Had an issue with the DPF which we were not informed about (the management light had clearly been reset), called RAC warranty to find like others have said on here, its not active. Phone Owens and was told there was an issue with the system, they were still sending the paperwork and would be in touch about it. Nothing in over 12 months. Car is good now after having to put DPF right when this should have been covered bu warranty, but don’t trust these people.
