Rude and aggressive salesman
Phoned up to book a viewing, salesman busy so would ring back, didn't. Phoned again and was put through to a very rude and aggressive bloke who said i couldn't see the car because it was off site, I had said my wife would like to see the car to check the condition but he said the pictures were good, had nothing to hide and it was bright red. So his assumption was I would buy the car without viewing it... really??. He could have explained this in a pleasant manner and I would have been happy but no, treat customers like dirt is his motto. Their loss as I found a better car and bought it on the same day from one of their competitors and was treated with respect even tho the same Covid restrictions were in place, there is no mention of Covid precautions on the Hyam website, If you want to be treated like dirt then feel free, seems to be a common theme with other reviewers so its not just me
