Gone down hill in recent times (2020)

Having used Haynes for 20 years and purchased many new and used car over the years, in my view the customer service has gone from good to completely unacceptable. Very rude and often provide ‘mis truths’ including charging for items not required (brakes most often) . Recently i had brakes replaces on a car with less than 6000 miles, didn't think they could need replacing so asked for them to be kept. Took to alternative ford garage who confirmed disks were 10-15% worn and pads 30% worn. Overcharged by £600. All they will ever do is shrug their shoulders and say its your fault as you approved it, they also claimed the disks and pads must have been swapped. Avoid until they fix the poor service and overcharging issues
