Initially happy but later discovered pro

Discovered the vehicle they sold me has had paint repairs done poorly, overspray on surrounding panels, corrosion on a roof rail from a deep scratch that hasn't been caused by me and software updates on the sat nav that haven't been done. Then they have the audacity to tell me to return it to them a 350 mile round trip when they know I'm on a limited mileage agreement. This is the most expensive car I have purchased and I've not had a single email or letter from managment from this dealer or from Lexus UK thanking me for the business. To add insult to injury, I've now learned there is a recall for my vehicle for fuel pump issues and guess what, no communication from this dealer. Would have expected better service from a Lexus main dealer and I am far from happy with them. EXTRMELY POOR - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!
