Terrible service and practice

Arranged to see a car, when I got on the train and advised i was messed around put on hold. This company is terrible, they agreed to reimburse me for my ticket from London to Milton Keynes. After being passed around i was advised that the car had been sold, However they had agreed to sell it to me with finance arranged.
