Above and beyond service - good people

we've just bought an estima from this team. they were v helpful from the beginning. we visited 2 other dealerships (as there are only a few who do imported estima's in london) and the other people were majorly worrying. Ali and his team were friendly, sensible and kind and went above and beyond to make us a deal. also tonight when we got home after our first drive (it being a silent hybrid which we've never had before) we called them - after 6pm - saying that the car wouldn't lock. Ali got in his car and drove out to us to fix it (which was my fault completely as she silent engine was still on!). he was still kind and patient. I would really, really recommend this garage. They were sensible, nice and kind and i think really nice to a woman (and I have been to places where they are not). thanks Ali and team,
