Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, failed to take or return calls. I bought a Mitsubishi Shogun, they promised to replace the missing parcel shelf, after 6 months I bought one from eBay for £65. Despite reassurance that they would replace the item they failed numerous time to engage to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t use this seller again.
