I found a car I liked using a search engine and emailed for more information. Simon rang me immediately and answered my questions. He came in on a Sunday for me to test drive the car and was able to produce all the documentation. Simon was polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for great customer service, I am very happy with the car.
