WHAT WARRENTY?

I purchased a car from this outfit on on Saturday 20th June 2020 at a cost of £4995 paid in cash. On getting the vehicle home some 40 miles away i noticed the air con was not working .. I was told by the so call car sales outfit that any minor repairs could be carried out local where I live and they would cover it on the warrenty. I have the air con repaired on the following weekend just 7 days into owing the vehicle the cost of the repair £100.00 pounds I sent the receipt off to MD cars and was told they would cover £29.00 of it. A further 5 day later I had an oil light come on so I took it to the garrage, They surgested it needed a service as the car had not been serviced for 19 months. The cost of this was a further £400.00 I contacted MD again and all they did was laugh and said they were not going to pay for the service. I told them that I was advised to change the tyres on the vehicle at a further cost of £230.00 and tracking would be needed.. They were not interested.. The car on collection had not been cleaned and smelt of dog. To have it valetted cost me £60.00. I am now seeking legal action against this so called reputable outfit. I suggest anyone thinking of buying anything from MD cars should think twice. I have adised owner that of my action in writing this awful coment and that i am going to seek legal action and I have no doubt he will come on here and give his crap version.. However. MD cars offered a 30 day warrenty which they refused to comply with.. And I am only 20 days into that. I have advised him the Warrenty they offer is NOT worther the paper is written on,
