Don’t even return calls

Product knowledge lacking and confidently mislead clients Don’t listen and try to sell you cars you have not described Poor stock and unable to source a golf 8 until 2nd request unable to source a stock vehicle to buy until we went elsewhere They would only allow test drives by appt but were then an hour late Since spent two weeks chasing the return of the deposit left for the wrong car - plenty of excuses but calls never returned and still no refund I question if this dealership is even solvent I have since shared this experience only to find out that after sales is equally dismal and they have no ability to fault find - it was actually the RAC who diagnosed the issue at the road side Stear clear of this dealership - you have been warned dealing with them is no pleasure
