A NEW RAV 4

Last Wednesday (July 8th) I visited RRG Altrincham with a view to ordering a new RAV 4. I had an appointment with salesman Rob Crank for 10.00 and despite being a little early, Rob was with me in an instant. Despite being familiar with the vehicle (I'd owned a RAV 4 for the last three years), Rob patiently explained all the new features and described it as a brilliant car. Rob sorted out the details, - colour, engine size, availability and delivery dates etc. most professionally. I felt his manner was just right - friendly and very helpful. I have been dealing with RRG since summer 1998 when their Timperley showrooms opened. This next car will be my fifth Toyota, all bought and serviced at this dealership. At all times over these last 22 years this dealership has served me extremely well. Every Toyota I have owned has performed faultlessly and I have recommended the vehicles to others who have been similarly satisfied. Needless to say I am looking forward to my next RAV 4!
