When is a Sports edition Cooper, not?

Well, according to Ocean Plymouth Mini, a Sports edition that is "full spec" doesn't have the Sport mode. Apparently, that's another option. Duh. Purchased a Cooper S Sport edition which we were told was full spec, Driving it back home - over 100 miles - realised that the Sports/Eco mode was actually missing. Follow up emails with this bunch of cowboys just get you the "your fault for not checking" mentality. Totally misrepresented, and further legal battles to be fought. Don't touch them with with the proverbial barge pole.
