Do NOT purchase any vehicles from this dealership (WLA Motors). Please please please take my advice unless you really have money to blow. They are not trustworthy car dealers and sell poor cars from what I can see. They even get MOT certificates passed when in the case of my car it should not have passed, this mechanic/garage is in Wembley. I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from them a few weeks ago, 27.07.15 to be precise but unfortunately for me I was a sucker. They 100% knew that car had problems before they sold me the car but they were all internal problems. 1. The same day I drove away I had to bring the car back because the gear stick was playing up. It wasn't working properly and when I put it in reverse there was a loud screeching sound. I managed to get it working again and I took it to them but the car did not play up while I was with them. So they made me think I didn't know how to drive and I wasn't clutching down properly. 2. A few days later I was driving a light came up on my dashboard I wasn't sure what it was but I put water in my car and the light went off. A few days after that the light kept coming on and the water kept draining out so I took the car back to them on a Saturday and they sent it to the garage to get it checked out. The following Monday they called me to go and pick up the car which I did. When I got there I asked them what they fixed and what the problem was but the man wasn't giving me straight answers and seemed like he did not know what he was talking about. Anyway I felt confident and drove to my friends house and on my way there the light came on a again. I started to panic because I was wondering how on earth I would get home. Anyway on my way home the car broke down on the dual carriageway and 1 am. I was so embarrassed. Somehow I managed up get hold of my mum and she met me and we pushed the car to a side road and got it towed the following day. (Oh and I forgot to mention that the cigarette plug wasn't working either, therefore I couldn't even charge my phone). Anyway, at this point I had had enough so I told them I wanted a refund and they said I could have a refund if I had all the paperwork including the log book. But WHERE was my logbook? They hadn't sent it off. It doesn't take 4 weeks for a logbook to arrive so obviously I couldn't get a refund and they said I had to pay £250 excess to fix the engine that was already messed up before they sold me the car. I ended up paying £140 and took the car back because I felt like I had no choice. Now my gear stick is stiff and my brakes are wearing out. Is this a joke or what? And they have refused to give me a refund. I'm taking this further and not letting them get away with this. I don't want anyone else to go through this. So please do not purchase from WLA Motors.
