Amazing experience, especially since this was our first "online" purchase/lease without even meeting the salesperson on the other side or seeing the vehicle...initial contact was with Mrs. Flint and she was super helpful and responsive even in COVID19 setup. She was the only one (and I've been shopping around for some time) who really tried to find the best option for us as we were looking for a stock vehicle with the most of our desired extras included...she was really super flexible and helpful and that's what made the sale!! I have to mention also her colleagues who took over in between, Mrs. Heselwood and Mrs. Firth who did a splendid job in making sure we were fully up to date with all the info needed and were answering all our questions. The vehicle (XC60) has been prepared on the date and was handed over by Mrs. Flint with a full introduction and extremely helpful advice. Overall a very positive experience and a very personal touch to the car sales from everyone involved. Would definitely recommend them for your vehicle purchase and will definitely return for our next vehicle!
