Appalling lack of customer care
Went to Lookers Croydon after lockdown release some weeks back to notice the information pedestals next to their new cars (price, performance, mpg etc) was missing in about 90% of the cars. I questioned why and their weak answer was just getting back from lockdown. Visited today 7/7/30 and about 80% of this info still missing with same pathetic excuse .... this is exceptionally bad marketing as clients go into the showroom for information so why is this critical information still missing. Suggest that the company has no customer respect and not really interested in selling cars. Hopefully the head of business David Jones reads this and gets his act together and shows a modecombe of respect to his clients. Have been to many other showrooms recently and they obviously present this important info.
