RACIST!!!!! Where do I even start?! I have had my car for 18 months and all i have ever had is problems. Every 3 months without a fail I would have to go to the showroom to have something fixed. Yes they do provide 12 month warranty but before they even offer to fix the problem you have to argue with them. Every time I went into Volkswagen city gate High Wycombe they tried getting GRANDS out of me for work that is covered under warranty. Let me not mention after I took the car to my own mechanic to fix my front lamp (Vw said it will cost me £550 for a new lamp and I paid my mechanic £20 just for him to clean it) he said the front bumper has been GLUED from the inside where it must of been in an accident. I went down to the branch and spoke to Alan the manager when I told him I am not happy with the car and i want a new car. He said he will get me a sales man down so he can go through with the options. The salesman come downstairs and was acting very sneaking and whispering behind his managers back asking what’s been happening, so I explained that my car is awful, I’ve had enough of it and I want a new car. The SALESMAN said he only sells “shit” cars to people from other origins and laughed. Little did he know I am born and raised in Poland but don’t really have a strong accent. I believe I have been sold a faulty car because of my background or even because I am a girl. When I emailed the CEO of Citygate they advised they suspended the salesman but my car problem is a complete different story and they can’t do anything about it. One of THEIR staff admitted they basically sold me a “shit” car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH OR CITYGATE. Very useless and I can say right now I will never ever EVER be getting a car from Citygate again.
