Not all as advertised!!!

Salesman is very polite and did eventually rectify my problem with the mini I purchased. It was advertised on Autotrader and the website as ‘Recently Serviced‘ and ‘Full Dealership Service History‘ which after purchasing the vehicle on collection found that this was not the case. They did a full service for me after my very strong complaint but had to travel back from Retford to Pinxton and hang around for a day for them to do this! They have refused to reimburse me for my fuel used even though my husband had to use a day off work to get this sorted! I am now pleased with the car but could have done without the hassle and extra expense.
