Not fit for purpose
Bought a Ford Knowing the air condition was not functioning properly. Whilst I was having it checked a week after buying I asked the garage to check over the vehicle for the purpose of minor repairs they found the car was not fit for purpose to be sold the repair bill was far in excess of the price we bought the car for? At £1750? Under Trading standards 30 day rule I asked for money back which was initially refused. After a long argument the seller agreed to refund all but £250 as he stated it was rental for the 10days we has driven the car he would not budge I accepted the refund only because I could not as a OAP stand the stress of going to court? He attempted to plead ignorance and distort the trading standards act so buyers beware of this company they believe they are above the law?
