Awful service and lies

Dont even bother using this company. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My girlfriend brought a vehicle it had a problem straight away when she arrived home and ever since she had been lied to. Vic said would take the car back and fix it he had it for 2 and half weeks and told us he had all the parts to fix it but the garage had now closed due to lockdown (which was the first lie because the garages was open). Since then we heard nothing from him and we then took the car back and returned it 2 months later after finally getting hold of him. He has now had the car nearlly another 2 weeks and told us it was in the garage getting fixed and had been stripped apart when we could see from the tracking app the car had not even moved from his yard. He has repeatedly lied to my partner about the status of her car and we are still waiting to recieve it back. When I speak with him on my partners behalf he accuses me of bullying him when he is an outright lier and we have caught him out many times. Stay away from essex trade sales.
