They do not honout their promises, avoid
I agreed the purchase of a Jaguar XKR 2009 for what I consider a lot money; £25k with the owner Matt Quayle The price was agreed and that included a several substantial repairs; (process and function of repairs was agreed) the front bumper to be removed, repaired and repainted professionally and other paint repairs done to the same level. The bumper was not removed (as agreed and promised). The car endured what is called a smart repair AKA - NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED!. I complained to Sheffield Prestige and was basically ignored and given the run-a-round and eventually agreed to a accept a less than satisfactory conclusion as I was trapped, the repair had been carried out, but NOT as promised; a 50 quid job instead of £300 professional bodyshop job as agreed. I sold the car a few months afterwards to We buy Anycar as it was a dog and suffered from many faults including suspension and braking issues, a poor car and poor quality experience. I would never buy from Sheffield Prestige again or the other used car businesses that they run with similar names. It must be for a reason that for one business and one site to have several names/ google business names. Matt Quayle was the saleperson/owner I dealt with before he decided to avoid me and pass me down to his mechanic Lee.
