Not very pro-active for sales.

I felt the need to write a review as recently my son is about to purchase his first new car on Lease - but I told him rather than going with an online lease company for his Ford Fiesta to try Thomas Bee as it was in our home town. We went to visit the show room on the Saturday, apparently they cannot look at PCH quotes for customers on the weekend, so they took details an said they would get back to my son early in the week with a quote - Fast forward 3 days to the following wednesday and nothing heard at all. So we rang Thomass Bee who said they had no record and the sales person in on Saturday was his day off. We subsequently told them not to bother, wasted our time for 3 days and will be ordering from online - not the greatest sales aproach! Avoid, perhaps they act differently if paying cash!
