A very professional service.

I responded to a request to have fixing bolts replaced on the rear axle of my Suzuki Vitara SZ-T and attended Tracks Of Exeter on Friday 19th June 2020. I have a 4 year service contract which I took out with Tracks of Exeter from new and we are in the 3rd year of that contract. All the staff at Tracks Exeter have been welcoming, friendly and very helpful every time I have had reason to visit. On this occasion, on arrival my car was visually pre-examined, as always, and then with ‘Covid 19’ precautions my keys were handed over and I was advised it would take 45 mins to 1 hour to complete the work. Due to ‘Covid 19’, waiting in the rest area was not an option, so as I have done before, I went for a walk along the Exeter Ship Canal no more than 200m away. I returned after 1 hour. The car was ready, the receptionist was smiling, the vehicle technician offered me friendly advice about my tyres and I drove off as a completely satisfied customer once again.
