Purchased 2014 BMW X5 and the service from them was okay, they did appear to go out of there way to help on things, and when I sold my car which I offered as a trade-in that was not good news for them as now they had to deliver the car and not take one back. They sorted that as COVID-19 was in play. However, when the car arrived it had a black mark across 2 doors and I tried to remove this by hand and could not. Speaking with a manager I was accused of trying to renegotiate the price and that these marks should be expected with the age of the car. I was confused and without a car so I thought okay they told me this mark would come off easily and if I returned the car I was going to be £250 short for the delivery, as we agreed delivery was free if I keep the car. I got the mark looked at and while the black stuff could be removed the mark was still noticeable and there is a small indentation. Also, the rear door bottom panel had damage. I should point out I was sent a video of the car!
