The vehicle I purchased from this Stratstone Mini dealership had a scratch on a panel which they replaced by post and a scuffed alloy which despite agreement they would pay for, never sent the money back after I sent them the reasonable bill for £60 to refurbish. They also didn't honour the first service free deal they gave me - denying all knowledge of the agreement we had made. The car also should have had a full tank of diesel but only got it after we noticed it on leaving. We live in Essex so difficult to deal with by post and emails. I would expect a different outcome if I was more local and vocal. Would not buy from Stratstone Mini in Derby again, once money was paid over, they couldn't seem to care less.
