Don't leave £200 holding fee.

Saw a really lovely Mini, but over budget so wanted to look around. Paid £200 for it to be held which was a very nice offer, we were reassured should we not go ahead with the purchase we would get the £200 refunded. We have now been waiting almost a month and after a few phone calls and promises we still haven't received it back. Wished we hadn't paid it.
