Poor service, not knowledgeable, vile

Two weeks ago, I dealt with Simon. Their card machine had failed so I phoned the following morning with payment. While at the dealership, the lady I was dealing with had all details relating to the service. She refused to provide these until payment. She never sent them. Simon contacted me three times today asking if I had signed the DD for the service. This was the same plan he argued with me about stating there was a 20% discount. He deliberately chastised me in front of customer. He later realised he was wrong, didn’t apologise and blamed Audi for lack of information and clarity. I spoke with Simon asking if I could have the receipt of works. He point blank refused pointing me to the Audi app. I have always been provided a copy at another Partner so couldn’t understand his rudeness. On the app itself, it states I can have a paper copy. Trading standards it’s my right to have a copy for something I paid for. After leaving surgery, I contacted them to be told I’d need to make a fifty mile round trip, take my V5 and driving licence ( they already hold this due to service finance and courtesy car paperwork)
