Worst customer service ever received
Never have I experienced such shockingly bad customer service. Bought the car end of Jan and the battery was dead only 2 weeks later. I informed them twice before lockdown- didn't hear back so was left without a car for 3 months in this time. This ended up being sorted within a day ,which was great, but made it even more annoying that I wasn't contacted before! I am seeking compensation due to not being able to use the car for 3 months. Nathan has (or should I say hasn't) been dealing with this. Multiple phone calls with 'I'll call you back' which NEVER happens. He told me he was speaking a manager, re.complaint, only to speak to said manager 2 weeks later who has no idea who I am or what my complaint is. Had several more 'I'll call/email you' which surprisingly (not) hasn't happened. 3 weeks later, still waiting... I've just read other bad reviews and a couple include Nathan and his lack of communication- reconsider his role?
