I just bought a lovely car from icars and travelled 3 hours to get it based on what Ian had said over the phone and his excellent in depth video tour. All I needed to do was to test drive it which Ian insisted I did...and on good roads so that I could get a real feel for how the car ran. I found him great to deal with, Straight to the point, no messing but also very patient and gave me as much time as I needed and he was very thorough with all information needed. Always a risk buying from someone you don’t know but my gut feeling was right. Ian values his reputation and stands by it. My only regret is that I was unable to shake his hand. 😊
