Excellent over the phone service

My son purchased a used Volvo v40 D sport and due to requiring a battery change he needed to enter the radio code. Which we did not have. I telephoned the dealership and spoke to a lovely lady called Louise. This person was extremely courteous, very professional and was very helpful in supplying the necessary code to enable my son to get his car radio up and running again.
