Very Poor Service
Bought Citroen Picasso one year ago from excellent polite salesman Simon. Returned after the year for MOT with Yeomans. Totally different attitude from receptionist Kylie. Told her that alarm goes off when you lock doors with remote. Informed me abruptly it would not be under the MOT warranty and a charge of £96 to look for the cause. Received phone call from Kylie saying car failed MOT with brake pads. Cost would be £149, did I want them done? Refused, saying my husband was a mechanic and he could do them. Under 5 minutes received another call saying she had made a mistake and the brakes were an advisory and the car had passed. Would never go back to Yeomans for a service or MOT and will advise my friends not to either.
