Attentive and brilliant service!

We do not normally write reviews, but in this instance we had to redress the balance and say how satisfied we were with all aspects of Taunton Ford. We have bought two cars and dealt with Sally Cunningham on both occasions. She could not have been more friendly or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her - and very importantly - she was neither pushy nor overbearing. She was there when needed and yet we had room and privacy to walk about, ask questions etc. and just be free to go at our own pace (unlike a lot of car showrooms we could mention!) We would both highly recommend her - it was like being with a friend! The showroom was very welcoming and spotlessly clean - we were even given two very welcome cups of coffee! Full marks to all concerned (especially Sally!).
