Ian and his team were very informative and helpful from first contact. I saw a vehicle I liked and one which was reasonably priced. I contacted at weekend by email and replied were prompt with all the info I requested and more. I had a 3 hour journey so wanted to leave a deposit to secure viewing. But Ian stated if I wanted car he would hold it for me to view. 4 days later I made journey and true to his word it was there waiting. No movement on price however this is a good point as cars priced very reasonably from start so you are getting great deal. I was very happy with amount priced at and to be honest it was priced lower than what Autotrader consider average. However condition immaculate and service was genuine and I felt confident buying from him. I would not hesitate to buy from IAC again.
